Bhai Addan Shah Ji before leaving for Kartarpur assigneed Bhai Bhalla Ram Ji the responsibility of managing Tikana (Dharamshala) at Noorpur.

Bhai Bhalla Ram Ji was Born in year 1721 and was also an ecsatatic gnostic. He managed the Tikana very successfully and became famous as "Priest of Peace". He explained and preached the about asylum and living with discipline.

In his life time he appointed Bhai Jagta Ji as his successor of the Tikana. He became an itinerant and founded many Dharamshalas at various location .

He passed away at the age of 75 years in the year 1797AD assignning the responsibility of keeping the torch lighted to Bhai Jagta Ji, Swai Ram Ji and Balak Ram Ji.
