Bhai Hari Singh Ji appointed Bhai Bhagat Singh Ji as the next assigne to the Dera Mitha Tiwana .

Born in the year 1921(Samvat Vikrami) in Mitha Tiwana to Bhai Pyar Singh and Mata Kalyan Bai. He had great love for birds and animals , never missed an oppurtunity to feed them. He preached the masses about the divineness of Sri Suhkmani Sahib . He referred it as "Sukh Di Mani" . His faith in the divineness of the Most High was beyond doubt. He would ask people to accept greif & sorrow as blessing of Waheguru, Ram, Allah or any other name which meant "Praise the Lord" and never to loss faith.

He was generous in reticence charity ( Gupt Dan) . He would help the needy and economically weaker people by offering them financial help. He would ask a sewak to carry a sack of wheat and turn it into flour for langer (Community Meals) . In that sack he would put some money so that the same could be used by them to address their needs.

Once Sardar Sujjan Singh father of Sir Sohba Singh ( Founder of Sujjan Singh Park in Delhi ) came to Baba Ji for his blessings and was blessed with all the happiness. He advised Sujjan Singh Ji to move to Delhi and start his bussiness there which flourished ever after.

In 1964 ( Samvat Vikrami) Baba Ji departed for his mortal body in Mia Wali (Pakistan). He assigneed the Sewa of Dharamshala to his associate Baba Jawahar Singh Ji.
